About

In collaboration with the Ottawa Public Library, we’re pleased to offer this in-person workshop for parents, caregivers, educators, and anyone wanting to better support the young people in their lives.

Discussing death with youth can be challenging and many tend to avoid the conversations altogether. But death, just like birth, is a natural part of our lives. Led by Terri Viola-Wilson, HHA’s Program Manager for our C.A.N.D.Y. Cafe (Creating Awareness and Normalizing Death for Youth), this event is free to attend and open to all adults.

To register, either drop in 5 minutes before the workshop begins or register via the Ottawa Public Library’s website at the…
