Another Day
Because Grief Doesn't Start when the Casseroles Stop Coming
Loss forever changes us. The Another Day Program is designed to meet the emotional needs of those experiencing grief while providing ways of finding a new normal.
As many as 1,000,000 people per year are emotionally impacted by someone who is facing death.
About Another Day

Because Canada’s health care system and mental health services are stretched so thin, many people don’t get the support they need to process their loss and subsequent grief.
HHA’s Another Day program is designed to fill this gap in care through targeted support services, as well as by training care practitioners and volunteers to offer this kind of support so that it’s available when and where people need it.
Each year in Canada, 1 in 4 pregnancies ends in loss and 5000 infants are stillborn.

Walk with Us
We believe in the power of remembrance, education, and community in providing comfort to those navigating dying, death, grief and loss. Join our Moonlit Memory Walk to support the Another Day program and help us provide compassionate end-of-life care for all.
This event is a meaningful way to honour and celebrate the lives of parents, grandparents, siblings, children, colleagues, and loved ones lost before, during, or after pregnancy. We also remember beloved pets and those who donated life-saving organs. Your participation helps us continue our mission to offer comfort and support to those facing dying, death, grief, and loss.
Partner with Us
Have you noticed a gap in how your community, agency, or organization supports those who are grieving? If so, we want to partner with you. Visit our Community Partnerships Page to learn more.
Become a Host Partner for our "Our Babies, Our Grief" program and work with HHA Infant & Pregnancy Loss Support Professionals to bring our six-week progressive healing group to the clients, patients, or families you serve.
If you need support or would like to inquire about our services in your area, get in touch with us at info@homehospiceassociation.com.
With your generous donation, we provide resources and support for individuals and families navigating grief - from diagnosis to death, and along the journey to a “new normal” for those left behind. Your contribution can help us expand these initiatives, reach more people, and bring solace to those who need it most.
