“UNDERSTANDING IS THE FIRST STEP TO ACCEPTANCE, AND ONLY WITH ACCEPTANCE CAN THERE BE RECOVERY.” –J.

Here is The Monday Motivation (TMM) for you! Have a super wonderful week ahead.

HHA for me is a means to reach out to people who are not just fighting the world, a disease, a social stigma but themselves. We all in this world are struggling with certain things not because they exist, but because we try to close our eyes towards them, try to run away from the pains of loss they cause, but in the end, it is “acceptance”. It was during a school project that I came across HHA, and their Bello Project, having closely seen a loss resonating around the same issue, I chose to take a step and work with HHA. It is not every day that we can take a moment and grief, not for ourselves but for and with people who have suffered a loss of life, support and comfort them.

There are many faces of grief and it comes as a surprise, how the youth of today is sensitive about their contribution to the world and accepting each other. However, I believe that the major constraint for people on the path of acceptance is the lack of awareness and the lack of platforms where they can talk about it, which I HHA is trying to fill.

IF WE WISH TO LEAD A DIGNIFIED AND FULFILLING LIFE, WE HAVE TO REACH OUT TO OTHERS AND SEEK THEIR GOOD.
